Rank by Job Profile Competencies

You can search for users who have been awarded one or more of the competencies assigned to a particular job profile, and rank them according to how closely they satisfy the competency requirements for the job profile. The user ranking search is based on competencies only and therefore includes learners who may or may not already have been assigned the job profile.

Users are ranked by the percentage of required competencies they have been awarded.

The User Ranking search is accessed from the Competency Group Editor, and you can drill down to the users' competencies in the Career Development Center, therefore your system role must have access to the Competency Group Editor, Career Development Center, Career Center Summary, Competencies and Job Profiles. In addition, you have have access to the relevant job profile catalogs.

To rank users by job profile competencies, go to Manage Center > Talent > Competency Manager > Competency Models and click Groups.
