Award Competencies in Manage Center As an administrator, you can award and revoke competencies in the competency model in the Manage Center.To manage competencies in the Manage Center your role must have unrestricted access to the Competency Manager and Competency Model features.Award Competencies in the Manage CenterGo to Manage Center > Talent > Competency Manager > Competency Models.Select the model containing the competency you want to award.Select Edit from the action menu of the competency you want to award.Click the User Review tab.Click + Award Competency.Select the proficiency level of the competency to award and click Next.Start typing the user ID or name of the users you want to award the competency to, or click the browse icon to open the User Selector, where you can search for users.Select an expiry date for the competency, if required, and click Next.Depending on your organization's set up, the Expiry field may not be editable. For example, if the competency is configured to expire automatically within a specified timeframe from the issue date, that date is automatically populated and can't be changed. If the competency is configured to not expire at all, there is no date in the field and it can't be edited.Review the award details and click Next. The competency is awarded to the selected users.Click Close.Revoke Competencies in the Manage Center After revoking a competency, it may later be re-awarded automatically if the learner meets the training requirements. Go to Manage Center > Talent > Competency Manager > Competency Models.Select the model containing the competency you want to revoke.Locate the competency you are revoking. Click the action menu and select Edit.Click the User Review tab.Locate the appropriate user(s). To revoke a single user, click the user's action menu and select Revoke Competency.
