Getting Started FAQs How do I access my user profile?You can access your profile from the user menu at the top right of your screen. Click on your name and select My Profile. How do I change my password?Go to your user profile and click the Change Password tab.What if I forgot my current password?You must know your current password to change it yourself. If you have forgotten it, please contact your system administrator to request a reset.How do I add or change my profile picture?Go to your user profile. In the Profile Summary section, click Edit. Select Upload Picture to choose a file. If you wish to change an existing picture, you must select Remove picture before uploading a new one.How do I change my language or time zone?Go to the User Preferences tab in your user profile. From there, you can update the Language and Time Zone fields. Note that if a field is not editable, you may not have the required permissions.How do I change my user interface skin?The Skin Selection setting determines the visual layout, background colors, and general user interface (UI) characteristics of the site.How do I add my education or work history?Go to your user profile and click the My Profile tab.
