Organization Maintenance Organizations can be set up and maintained in the LMS that reflect a customer's internal organizations. For example, you can have hierarchical organization structures for a parent company and its subsidiaries. Other ways to organize companies are by geographical region or department. For example, Company > Office location > Department.Each organization can have its own settings for member permissions, eSignature, enrollment policies, payment plans and more. Custom organization attributes can be used to classify organizations in the LMS. They can be used to filter and search for organizations in many areas of the LMS. Managers and administrators who can review others need to be limited as to which organizations they have visibility into. Visibility is typically enforced by limiting the available organizations that may be selected when running a report or review function.
