The Report Manager

The Report Manager provides you with an area where you can view, access, run and manage reports.  Accessible from the Home page, there are several actions you can take from the Report Manager, depending on your permissions and access.

To access Report Manager, go to Home > Reports > Report Manager.

View and Run Standard Reports

You can view and run standard reports to which you have access.  Select one of the standard report groups (Organization Reports, Learning Reports, Exam/Question Reports, Compliance Reports or System Reports) to access and run a report group.  Detailed information about running and scheduling standard reports is available in the Standard Reports article.

Create and Run Custom Reports 

You can access the Report Wizard to create and run new standard reports.  Click Report Wizard. Detailed information about creating, running and scheduling standard reports is available in the Custom Reports article.

View and Manage Scheduled Reports

From the Report manager, you can view and edit report schedules.  Click Scheduled Reports.  Detailed information about managing scheduled reports is available in the Report Settings article.

Download Batch Reports

You can access and download batch reports.  Click Batch Report. Detailed information about batch reports is available in the Report Settings article.

Standard Report Permissions

You can access an ares where you can set permissions for standard reports. Click Report Permissions. Detailed information about setting report permissions is available in the Report Settings article.

SFTP Location

You can access the feature that allows you to view and edit SFTP locations for output scheduled reports. Click SFTP Locations. Detailed information about managing SFTP locations is available in the Report Settings article.
