PDF Certificates

You can associate PDF certificates with certifications in the LMS.  PDF certificates are created outside the LMS and then uploaded to the Repository.  They can be created in Microsoft Word or Adobe Acrobat.

PDF certificates can include both static text and images, as well as dynamically generated data related to the circumstances under which they are awarded. You can include these fields in PDFs, and the LMS will populate them when the certificate is generated. For example, you can include the name of the course, the participant's name, and the date the certificate was awarded. Module and user attributes can also be included.

The table below lists all fields that can be used in PDF certificates.  When creating a form, add text field and name them using the Field IDs.
