Automatic Exemption Policies The LMS allows you to automatically exempt learners from specific training because they have achieved a minimum score on an exam. Meaning, the knowledge they have demonstrated through an exam score means they don't need to take related training to gain that knowledge. Automatic Exemption Policies define the parameters for the exemption.Learning modules, programs and sessions are identified as eligible for automatic exemption when configuring a question pool. For example, if there is a pool that includes questions related to the Linux operating systems, you can select specific Linux courses from which a user can be automatically exempt if they achive a minimum score for questions drawn from that pool. For additional information about identifying courses in a question pool, please see Create & Manage Question Pools. Automatic exemption policies are assigned to exam pools.
