You must have permission to enroll learners in a class. If you have questions about your permissions, please contact a system administrator. Go to Home > Teach and select the Active Courses or Session Administration option.Locate the appropriate session in the list. Click the action menu and select Review Participants. Filter the participants list as necessary.Click + Enroll Users.Click the + icon in the Participant(s) field and use the selector to choose the users.Select the Suppress automatic emails field to prevent automated emails from being sent to the enrolled users.By default, any scheduling conflicts will be ignored. Clear the Ignore Schedule Conflict field to consider any user conflicts.Select the Override? field to bypass all validity checking.Select the Perform Prerequisite Checks field to evaluate user prerequisites in order to enroll them in the session.In the Charged Cost Center field enter the cost center name (optional).In the Enrollment Date field, enter a date of enrollment (optional). The Enrollment Date field allows you to backdate the enrollment. It defaults to the current date. Enter an earlier date if you want to backdate. In the Module Deadline field enter the course completion date (optional).In the Restricted Start Date field, enter the date from which participants can start the course, overriding the current date (optional).Click Enroll.
