The Career Development Center The Career Development Center (CDC) provides a consolidated view of a learner employment, compliance and career-related information. For learners, this provides an comprehensive overview of their learning and career paths within the LMS. As a manager, supervisor or direct appraiser, you can review and update employee profile information, training information, job profiles, competencies and training gaps.
