From the Review page, you can also access more comprehensive information and additional tasks in a learner's Career Development Center (CDC). While this article focuses on the Review page, there are additional articles that provide details about the CDC. For more information, please see one or all of the following topics: The CDC Employee Profile, The CDC Career Center, The CDC Learning Center.As a manager or direct appraiser, you can review information about your assigned learners such as course enrollments, job profiles, competencies and training statuses. Here, you also have quick access to some basic tasks such as assigning learning modules and awarding competencies.To access the Review page you must have the appropriate permissions. If you are a direct appraiser or manager, but can't access the Review page, please contact a system administrator. Many of the functions on the page will require additional permissions. If this is the case, it will be indicated in the descriptions below.Accessing the Review Page and Searching for LearnersGo to Home > Workspace > Review. Learners are categorized into three tabs: Direct Appraiser Review - lists the learners who are your direct appraisees. Assigned Group Review - lists the learners who are members of users groups you supervise. Organization View - lists all learners who are visible to you across all organizations. Organization View requires a separate permission that allows you to review users by organization. If you should have access to this tab, but do not see it, please contact a system administrator.Select the appropriate tab to locate the learners.Review Job Profile, Competency and Training Statuses Locate the appropriate learner on the Review page. Click on the learner's row. The row expands to show the job profiles assigned to the learner. Click a job profile name. The row expands and shows any related competencies. Click a competency name. The row expands and shows learning modules required to achieve the competencies. A status indicator is shown for each item. Use the table below for guidance in understanding the indicators: Job Profile Complete - indicates all the required competencies have been awarded. Incomplete - indicates all the required competencies have not been awarded. Grace period - indicates all the required competencies have been awarded but one of the required competencies is in the grace period. Competency Complete - indicates all the required modules have been completed. Incomplete - indicates not all the required modules have been completed. Grace period - indicates that all required modules are completed but at least one of them has a new revision. Learning Module Complete - indicates the learning module has been completed. Incomplete - indicates the learning module has not been completed. Grace Period - the new released revision of the learning module has not been completed. Review and Manage EnrollmentsOn the Review page, you can review and manage learner enrollments. Here, you can view transcript details for enrolled courses. Several utilities are available, including the ability to email one or more learners and enroll (or re-enroll) one or more users in a course. To review enrollments, assign learning modules, enroll users, individually or in bulk, additional permissions are necessary. If you should be able to perform these tasks, but do not have access to one or more of them, please contact a system administrator. Locate the appropriate learners on the Review page. Click the laction menu and select Review Enrollments. Filter the list of enrollments if necessary. You can take one or more of the following actions: Choose a session for enrollment, click Session Selection Needed. Select a session for enrollment. Send an email to one or more learners. Click the checkbox for each learner and then select Send Mail from the Bulk Action drop-down field. View a learner's transcript for an enrollment by clicking their name in the list. Here you will have additional options: Click the course name at the top of the transcript page to open the course's enrollment page for the learner. Click Assign to User to enroll the learner in the course. Click Enroll Other Users to enroll additional users in the course using the Enrollment Wizard. Review Enrollment Request HistoryOn the Review page, you can review the history of enrollment requests for learners. To review enrollment requests, additional permission is necessary. If you should be able to perform this task, but do not have access, please contact a system administrator. Locate the appropriate learners on the Review page. Click the checkbox for each learner and then select Enrollment Requests History from the Bulk Action drop-down field. To filter the list of requests by a particular status, select an status from the Overall Status drop-down field. Assign a Learning Module To assign learning modules, individually or in bulk, additional permissions are necessary. If you should be able to perform this task, but do not have access, please contact a system administrator. Locate the appropriate learner on the Review page. Click on the learner's action menu and select Assign module. Search for and locate the appropriate learning module. Click Details on the module in the search results. Take one of the following actions" To enroll the current user in the course, click Assign to User. Enter any additional details, such as preferred date and then click Confirm enrollment. To enroll multiple users, click Enroll Other Users to open the Enrollment Wizard. Award a Competency to Learners To award competencies, individually or in bulk, additional permissions are necessary. If you should be able to perform this task, but do not have access, please contact a system administrator. Locate the appropriate learner on the Review page.Take one of the following actions: To assign a competency to a single learner, click on the learner's action menu and select Assign competency. To assign a competency to multiple learners, click the checkbox for each appropriate learner and select Assign competency from the Bulk Action drop-down field. The Award Competencies page opens with a list of all competencies from all competency models that are available for you to award. Filter the list if necessary. Click the Select icon to choose a competency to award. The Select Level drop-down field is enabled. Click the list and select the proficiency level of the competency to award. Click Save.
