Review Features

Feature	Description
Review Menu	Provides access to the Workspace menu.
Organization Review	Provides access to the Organization Review tab in the Workspace > Review page.
Overall Status	Unrestricted enables the role to withdraw a learner's enrollment in a course in the Workspace > Review > Review Learning Center.
Instructor	Provides access to the Teach menu.
Detailed Review by Instructor	Provides access to the transcript properties in the Workspace > Review page. Unrestricted enables the role to edit transcript properties and participant status.
Enroll Participant from Teach Review	Enables the role to enroll participants in a course from the Teach > Session Administration > Review Participants page.
Report Manager	Provides access to the Report Manager from the Home page.
Dashboard	Provides access to the Report Dashboard from the Home > Reports page.
Direct Appraiser Review	Provides access to the Direct Appraiser review tab in the Workspace > Review page.
Appraisal Search	Enables the role to search for appraisals.
Group Review	Provides access to the Assigned group review tab in the Workspace > Review page.
Task Approval	Provdes access to the Workspace > Task Approval page and enables the role to delegate approval, launch the course and access resource references. Unrestricted enables the role to approve tasks.
Enrollment Approval	Provides access to the Workspace > Enrollment Approval page and enables the role can approve or deny enrollment requests.
Withdrawal Approval	Provides access to the Workspace > Withdrawal Approval page and enables the role to approve or deny withdrawal requests.
Ext. Training Approval	Provides access to the Workspace > External Training Approval page; enables the role to view external training records pending approval and update their status.
Certification Approval	Provides access to the Workspace > Certification Approval page; enables the role to view certifications pending approval and approve or deny them.
Supervisor Assessment	Provides access to the Workspace > Supervisor Assessments page and enables to role to launch supervisor assessments.
Enrollment Wizard	Provides access to the Workspace > Enrollment Wizard and enables the role to enroll participants. The role must have unrestricted access to the Change Enrollment Status permission to change status in the Enrollment Wizard.
Review Enrollment	Provides access to the Workspace > Review Enrollment page and enables the role to view the transcript details and history of course participants.
Enroll Other Users	Enables the Enroll Other Users button on the Course Details page for the role. This button opens the Enrollment Wizard. Therefore, the role must also have the Enrollment Wizard permission.
Integrated User Calendar	Provides access to the Workspace > Integrated User Calendar.
Change Enrollment Status	Enables the Change Enrollment Status option in the Enrollment Wizard for the role.
Review Terms of Use	Provides access to the Terms of Use section of user records.
Course Checklist	Provides access to the Course Checklist page. Unrestricted enables the role to mark checklist items as complete or incomplete.

Review Sub-Menu Features

Feature	Description
Learning Center Summary	Provides access to the Review Learning Center > Summary page.
Review Records/Transcript	Provides Access to the Records/Transcript tab in the Review Learning Center > Learning page. Unrestricted enables the role to make changes to transcript data and withdraw users from enrolled courses.
Review Transcript History	Provides access to the Transcript History from the Transcript page. The role must also have at least read only access to the Records/Transcript tab.
Review External Training History	Provides access to the External Training Records tab in the Review Learning Center > Learning page. Unrestricted enables the role to add an external training record.
Review Skills	Provides access to the Skills tab in the Review Learning Center > Learning page. Unrestricted enables the role to add skills.
Review Certifications	Provides access to the Review Learning Center > Certifications page. Unrestricted enables the role to award new certifications in the Career Development Center.
Review Self-Awarded Certifications	Provides access to the Self Awarded Certifications tab in the Review Learning Center > Learning page.
Review Accounts	Provides access to the Review Learning Center > Accounts page. Unrestricted enables the role to add account information for training sessions.
Review Enrollment Requests	Provides access to the Review Learning Center > Enrollment Requests page. Unrestricted enables the role to drill down to the course description for each enrollment request.
Profile Summary	Provides access to the Review Employee Profile > Employee Information page. Unrestricted access enables the role to edit the Profile Summary and Other Information sections.
Employment Information	Provides access to the Employment Information in the Review Employee Profile > Employee Information page. Unrestricted enables the role to edit employment information.
Contact Details	Provides access to the Contact Details in the Review Employee Profile > Employee Information page. Unrestricted enables the role to edit contact details.
Resumé	Provides access to the Resumé in the Review Employee Profile > Employee Information page. Unrestricted enables the role to upload and delete a resumé.
Education	Provides access to the Education in the Review Employee Profile > Employee Information page. Unrestricted enables the role to add, edit and delete education items.
Work History	Provides access to the Work History in the Review Employee Profile > Employee Information page. Unrestricted enables the role to add, edit and delete work history items.
Language Skills	Provides access to the Language Skills in the Review Employee Profile > Employee Information page. Unrestricted enables the role to add, edit and delete work language skills.
User Attribute Extension	Provides access to the User Attribute Extension page in the Review Employee Profile > Employee Information page. Unrestricted enables the role to add and edit user attribute extension values (provided the user has access to update the values).
Relocation Interests	Provides access to the Relocation Interests in the Review Employee Profile > Employee Information page. Unrestricted enables the role to add, edit and delete relocation interests.
Assign Module	Enables the role to assign learning modules from a learner's action menu on the Workspace > Review page.
Training Plan	Enables the role to access the Review Learning Center > Training Plan page. Unrestricted enables the role create and edit training plan entries.
Competency Assessments	Enables the role to access the Workspace > Competency Assessments page.
Career Development Center	Provides access to the Career Development Center from the Review pages.
Career Center Summary	Provides access to the Career Center Summary page in the Career Development Center
Competencies	Provides access to the Review Career Center > Competencies page. Unrestricted enables the role to award competencies and update their proficiency levels. This permission also allows the role to assign competencies from a learner's action menu on the Review page.
Job Profiles	Provides access to the Review Career Center > Job Profles page. Unrestricted enables the role to assign and unassign job profiles.
Review Development Goals	Provides access to the Review Career Center > Goals page. Unrestricted enables the role to assign goals. This permission also allows the role to assign goals on the Review page.
Review My Files	Provides access to the Review Career Center > My Files page. Unrestricted enables the role to upload files.
Performance Appraisal	Provides access to the Review Career Center > Performance Appraisal page.
Training Gap Analysis	Provides access to the Review Career Center > Training Gap Analysis page.
Learning Path	Provides access to the Review Learning Center > Learning Path page.
SCORM Global Objectives	Provides access to the Review Career Center > SCORM Global Objectives page.
Session Transfer	Enables the role to apply a session transfer.
Review Incomplete Exam Attempts	Provides access to the Exam review page from incomplete exams listed on the Review Learning Center > Learning page.
Modify Competency Expiry	Enables the role to edit the expiry date of competencies in the Review Career Center > Comptencies page.
