User Group Management

You can group users who have common goals or attributes, providing a way to classify them in the system. They can be used with roles and organizations to select users for specific LMS features.

User group membership can be based on any number or factors such as roles, employment information, job profile, competency and competency proficiency level and user attributes.  For example, you may want to assign all users with the role of "learner" to a user group.  

User groups are recalculated on a daily, weekly or monthly basis, depending on your system set up.  Membership can be affected by the addition or removal of users, updated group selection criteria or updates to a user's details (such as a role change).
