External Training Approval

Some companies require that external training records be approved.  As a direct appraiser, you may be designated as an external training record approver for one or more learners.  As such, you can approver or deny external training records.

You must have the proper permissions to access and take an action on external training records. If you are notified that you have a pending external training approval, but can't access the External Training Records Approval screen, please contact a system administrator.
  1. Go to Home > Workspace > External Training Approval.
  2. Click the name of a participant.
  3. Update the information in the external training record, if required.
  4. In the Status field, select Approved or Denied.
  5. Click Update to save the changes or Delete to delete the external training record.
