Checklist Templates

Create a New Checklist Template

  1. Go to Manage Center > Learning > General Catalog Settings > Checklist Template.
  2. Click + Create Checklist Template.
  3. Enter a descriptive name for the template in the Template Name field.
  4. Click + Create Checklist Item.
  5. Enter the item details and click Create.
  6. Repeat the steps to include additional items.
  7. Click Save.

Set the Template Permissions

To set permissions, locate the appropriate item on the Checklist Templates page. Click the action menu and select Permissions. Use the permission selector, following the guidelines below:

  • Read-only allows the user to view a template.
  • Unrestricted additionally allows the user to update, delete and set permissions for the template.

Delete a Template

To delete a template, locate the appropriate item on the Checklist Templates page. Click the action menu and select Delete.

Checklist templates that are being used in a course can't be deleted.
