Enable Language Toggling Language toggling allows users to quickly switch the application's display language from anywhere in the system. Once a user selects a language, the preference remains active until they choose to change it again.Activate Easy Language TogglingTo enable language toggling your role must have access to the System Administration feature.Go to Manage Center > System > General Settings > System Configuration.In the Select a category field, choose General.Locate the Enable Easy Language Switching field.Click the check box.In the Configure Easy Switching Languages field, click the check box for each language to be included in the toggle.Click Save.Update the Navigation.xml FileTo enable the Easy Language Switcher, the navigation.xml file in the skin has to be updated.After enabling the System Configuration setting:Go to Manage Center > System > General Settings > Screen Layout Manager. In the Installed Layouts field, select the skin to be updated.Click Export.In the downloaded ZIP file, locate the "navigations.xml" file and open it in a text editor. In the XML file, locate the <menu cssClassName="sec-menu-container menu-bar initials"> row.Add <item labelKey="label.language" isLanguageSwitcher="true"/> as the next row under that and Save the changes.In the application, return to the Screen Layout Manager and select the skin in the Installed Layouts field.Click Edit. On the Edit screen, click Replace on the first row.Upload the edited navigations.xml from steps 3 and 4. You do not need to save. After uploading the option to switch languages will appear on all application pages.There may need to be some style changes for the skin.
