Here, you can also share files with the with your managers and appraisers. Access to the various screens in the Career Center is dependent on your permissions. Please contact your manager or a system administrator for information about your access. Click the Career Center icon in the left navigation menu and select an option. Use the table below for guidance on the available pages:PageDescription/InstructionsJob ProfileHere, you can view your job profiles. Click the job profile name to see its details and related competencies.CompetenciesOn this page, you can review your assigned competencies and competency assessments.Performance ReviewOn this page, you can review your performance reviews.My FilesHere, you can upload files to share with your manager or appraiser.
